Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you create, use or pay for a PRFL Profile. Last updated 14 September 2026.
1. About PRFL
PRFL is operated by PREMIUM. PRFL provides simple business Profile pages, hosting, mobile editing, PRFL addresses, QR downloads and related physical QR sticker packs.
The service is intended for businesses, sole traders and people acting for purposes connected with their trade or profession.
2. Your subscription
PRFL costs £20 per month unless a different price is clearly agreed before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your paid service will normally continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not normally provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.
3. Payment
Subscription payments are processed through our payment provider. You must provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method valid.
If payment fails, we may retry payment, restrict editing, suspend the Profile or stop the service after reasonable notice.
4. Your Profile and PRFL address
You may choose an available PRFL address, for example yourbusiness.prfl.uk. PRFL addresses are provided as part of the service and remain under PRFL control.
You can connect your own domain where supported. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, you remain responsible for registering, renewing and paying for that domain.
We may refuse, change or withdraw a requested PRFL address where it infringes rights, is misleading, offensive, unlawful, technically unsuitable or conflicts with another customer.
5. Assisted Profile setup
PRFL may offer an optional AI assisted first setup that turns answers you provide into proposed Profile text. It is intended only as a starting point. You remain responsible for reviewing the proposal and for the accuracy and legality of anything you choose to save or publish.
The assisted setup does not publish automatically. You can use the normal manual setup instead.
6. AI assisted support
Eligible paid accounts may receive AI assisted first line support for common PRFL questions. The assistant is deliberately limited and may ask for clarification or pass a ticket to human support where the issue is unclear, sensitive, repeated or requires judgement.
AI support cannot make privileged account changes, approve refunds, decide disputes, handle privacy rights requests or carry out security investigations. Human support remains responsible for those matters. Automated support responses are provided to help with use of PRFL and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect, so important account or billing decisions should not rely on them alone.
7. Your content
You are responsible for all text, images, logos, reviews, claims, contact details, qualifications and other information you publish through PRFL.
You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.
You must not use PRFL for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory or harmful content, or to distribute malware or interfere with the service.
8. QR stickers and downloads
The first included QR sticker pack contains three stickers and is available once per eligible Profile for UK delivery. Additional packs contain three stickers and cost £20 per pack including UK delivery unless a different price is clearly shown before purchase.
You are responsible for deciding where stickers are applied and for checking that the surface is suitable. We are not responsible for damage caused by inappropriate application or removal.
Your downloadable QR code can be used on your own print and promotional material while your Profile remains active.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep PRFL available and working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access. Maintenance, third party failures, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
We may improve, change or replace parts of the service where this does not materially remove the core service you are paying for.
10. Search engines and results
PRFL Profiles are built to be accessible to search engines, but we do not guarantee indexing, rankings, traffic, enquiries, leads or sales.
11. Cancellation, recovery and deletion
Cancellation stops the subscription but does not immediately delete your Profile or account data. We may retain that data for recovery for up to 90 days after service access ends.
Permanent account deletion is a separate request and may require verification. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention or security purposes.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account if payment is overdue, these terms are seriously breached, the service is misused, or continuing to provide the service could create legal, security or reputational risk.
Where practical, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to fix a problem before termination.
13. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you supply. You give us permission to host, process, resize, display and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide and operate PRFL.
PRFL software, layouts, branding, systems and original platform content remain the property of PREMIUM or its licensors.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRFL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or losses caused by information you publish, third party services, search engine performance or events outside our reasonable control.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms where the service, law or our business changes. If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
